Air Systems Cleaning Specialist

NADCA’s Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) is a world-wide credential recognizing knowledge and skills related to HVAC system hygiene. The ASCS program certifies individuals and those who complete the program may use the credential to market personal expertise. NADCA works with independent test development experts and industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) engaged in the practice of HVAC system cleaning to perform a job task analysis for the ASCS certification. The job task analysis ensures the credential reflects the most current practices in the industry and properly reflects the knowledge, skills and abilities required for cleaning and restoring HVAC systems.

NADCA: The HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association, otherwise known as the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), was formed in 1989 as a nonprofit association of companies engaged in the cleaning of HVAC systems.

NADCA’s membership includes qualified companies engaged in the inspection, cleaning and restoration of HVAC systems. NADCA supports members’ success with standards, education, certification, marketing and advocacy to promote ethics and the highest quality services.
